Shipping

All orders are shipped through Expedited Parcel. Shipping can take 2-9 business days depending on location. Orders before 2 PM will be shipped within the same business day.

FREE Shipping with on all domestic orders over 35$. 

To qualify for free shipping, your order must total 35$ or more after any discounts or promo codes are applied, and before any taxes, fees, or shipping charges are added.

Free shipping applies only to shipping addresses in Canada. Existing parcel shipment restrictions to remote locations may still apply. See full Shipping Policy below for more details.

If we can't fulfill your order you will be notified within 24 hours.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  You can then follow your package online all the way to your shipping address.

Canadian Territories

We ship to most of Canada, However delivery restrictions may apply to Yukon, Newfoundland, Nunavut and NW Territories. Please inquire if you live in any of these locations and we will provide further shipping info. Shipping to YT, NT, NU, NL, A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R, and X0A-Y9Z may incur shipping charges or delivery restrictions. Please contact us before ordering or your order can be canceled.

Remote and Rural areas

Some Remote or Rural addresses may experience a longer shipping time and in some cases, we may not be able to ship to your postal code. Please inquire about shipping availability and times if you live in a remote location.
